and products (hereafter collectively known as Services) is NOT permitted by

By accessing, browsing, or using FM Services, you acknowledge you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by the FM Legal Notice and Disclaimer and Privacy
Policy. FM may, in its sole discretion, update this Legal Notice and Disclaimer and
Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time, by posting the amended Legal Notice
and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy on the Site. The revised or amended Legal Notice
and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy shall be effective upon posting. Any access to or use
of FM Services following such update shall be deemed consent to such update. All
visitors and users are therefore encouraged to refer back to this page regularly. The

governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regards to its
conflicts of laws provision. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you

Although we would like to hear from you, do not send FM any information that you or
someone else considers confidential, private, or secret in nature. Contacting a mediator
or parent specialist through FM does not establish a mediator/client or parent
specialist/client relationship, and sending confidential information without such a
relationship in place does not create any confidentiality obligations. A mediator/client or
parent specialist/client relationship cannot be established until we know that doing so
will not create a conflict of interest and until you and the mediator or parent specialist
reach an agreement on terms of the relationship.

Neither the content on this Site nor any transmissions between you and FM Services
are intended to provide legal advice. No user of this site should act or refrain from acting
on the basis of information included on this Site without seeking legal advice of counsel.
While every effort is made to maintain the information on this Site as accurately as
possible, omissions or errors may occur and FM disclaims any liability as to information

other intangible losses, resulting from (1) the outcome of any mediation or parent
specialist matter; (2) any conduct or content of any third party relating to the Services or
software; (3) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services of the
software; or (4) unauthorized access, use or alteration of information.

The total liability of FM, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and its affiliates, suppliers
and distributors, for any claim arising out of or relating in any manner to the use of the
Services or software, is limited to the amount you paid FM to use the Services to which
such claim relates in the 12 month period preceding the filing of such claim.
Please do not use our Services on any mobile device in a way that prevents or distracts
you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

Using Services provided by FM does not give you ownership of any intellectual property
rights in our Services or the content you access. Except in the context of browsing or
